What we are all about

Back in 1999, we created this company to fill a hole that was in the Edmonton market place. This company would handle all your repairs and renovations with just one phone call. We joined forces with a small management company that wanted a maintenance company that they could call on to provide every service they needed, so that they could free up their property managers from maintenance issues. We initially used many outside sub-contractors to fullfill this goal, however over the years we have integrated all of these sub-contracting jobs into our in house staff. This has allowed us to provide better quality control as well as provide control over scheduling jobs.Today we work in many individuals homes providing basic maintenance to complete renovations. We still provide that small management company with our complete line of services. We also have other management companies and condo corporations using our services as a one number gets all their repairs done.

Our staff has worked in the renovation industry for many years. We have experience in dealing with property management companies and condo corporations and understand the challenges associated with these industries in getting repairs completed. Our maintenance personel are fully experienced with all areas of residential and commercial properties from the boilers and plumbing to the grass and sidewalks outside.

We own and operate all our own equipment and we add new equipment every year in an effort to continue to expand our business every year.
